What is…
Minnith
Meaning: distribution
The “wheat of Minnith” is mentioned in Ezekiel 27:17. Minnith was an ancient Ammonite town from which wheat was exported to Tyre (Judges 11:33).
It was probably somewhere in the farmlands east of the Jordan River in what is now the nation of Jordan, perhaps around modern Dhiban, Jordan.
There is a gentle valley running for about 4 miles east of Dhiban called Kurm Dhiban, “the vineyards of Dibon.” Dr. Henry Baker Tristram suggested that this may be the “vineyards” mentioned in the book of Judges. 1
