Here’s what the distributor says about their film: “A vengeful spirit has taken the form of the Tooth Fairy to exact vengeance on the town that lynched her 150 years earlier. Her only opposition is the only child, now grown up, who has survived her before.”

Negative—In my opinion, “Darkness Falls” was not a good movie. It was very scary yet at the same time very stupid. I went with 3 other friends and we all walked out saying “That was a stupid, horrible movie.” There was way too much unnecessary violence. Dead, mutilated bodies falling from trees, and the “Tooth Fairy” itself was disgusting!

If you are looking for a scary movie, there are plenty out there that won’t leave you thinking “That was disgusting and offensive.” The acting, on the other hand, was very good. Other than that, I do not think there was anything positive about this movie. It was a waste of money and I wouldn’t even recommend renting it when it comes out on video!
My Ratings: [Extremely Offensive]

Neutral—This movie is fair because the killer in this movie is the toothfairy. I give the makers of this film credit for being original for using the toothfairy, but the movie itself was very predictable. This movie was fairly offensive due to violence and a fair amount of gore.

I would not advise letting children under thirteen see this movie.
