Here’s what the distributor says about their film: “Two sisters, one very loose and childish (Tina Fey), and the other uptight and divorced (Amy Poehler), decide to throw one last party at their childhood home, which their parents are about to sell.

Tina Fey and Amy Poehler reunite for ‘Sisters,’ a new film from ‘Pitch Perfect’ director Jason Moore about two disconnected sisters summoned home to clean out their childhood bedroom before their parents sell the family house. Looking to recapture their glory days, they throw one final high-school-style party for their classmates, which turns into the cathartic rager that a bunch of ground-down adults really need. Fey produced the comedy alongside Jay Roach (‘Meet the Parents’ series), and Poehler executive produced from a script by Paula Pell (TV’s ‘Saturday Night Live,’ ‘30 Rock’).

This comedy is based on the childhood diaries of the screenwriter, Paula Pell.”

Positive— Tina Fey and Amy Poehler always have great chemistry together, very bubbly, cheerful, lots of spunk, whether they are a team in the Saturday Night Live “Weekend Update’ portion of the show, the 2008 film “Baby Mama’ or this film. Overall “Sisters’ was a decent film, I just didn’t like the Candle Play Time scene with Amy Poehler and the Garfield Toy, since I’ve always been a huge fan of Garfield the cat. Still this movie had funny moments.
