Here’s what the distributor says about their film: “Keanu Reeves returns in the sequel to the 2014 film as legendary hitman John Wick who is forced to back out of retirement by a former associate plotting to seize control of a shadowy international assassins’ guild. Bound by a blood oath to help him, John travels to Rome where he squares off against some of the world’s deadliest killers.”

John is forced by a pledge to jump back into the hell fire, and it burns him and everyone around him for 2 hours onscreen. It’s vicious, it’s savage, it’s well choreographed, and it’s so over the top regarding the violence that at times it’s actually almost cartoonish, yet, it’s not.
The soundtrack is as expertly crafted as the over the top violence that just keeps coming at you from the screen.
I don’t recommend this movie, but if you enjoyed the 1st one, then you are obviously the type “Christian” who would enjoy this one also. Be forewarned that there is one scene of partial nudity, where a woman is seen from the back and side, undressing completely, and she steps into a large open pool. This film is a beautifully filmed bloodbath, relentless, and offers nothing positive, only continual high def bloodshed looking for resolution. Such is “John Wick.”
