Ethanim
Hebrew: אֵיתָנִים —transliteration: Ethanim —meaning: steady flowings; month of gifts, i.e., of vintage offerings
This was the name of the first month of the civil year, and the seventh of the Jewish sacred year (1 Kings 8:2). It corresponds to part of September and October.
After the Exile, this month was called Tisri.
