Hebrew: אֱלִיפֶלֶט —meaning: God his deliverance

This is the name of several biblical men mentioned in the Old Testament.

    He is also called Eliphal in 1 Chronicles 11:35. He is honored as one of David’s elite 30 heroic soldiers (2 Sam. 23:8-39), part of his Gibborim.
